Job summary

This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and decision-support, driving growth and disciplined financial controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, corporate finance or related disciplines with meaningful leadership.
• Experience in lending, financial services, private credit, real estate finance, or similar analytical environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with ability to link financials to operational drivers.
• Experience partnering with CFOs, executive leadership, and functional business leaders.
• Proven ability to build or improve reporting, analytics, and planning processes in growing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with CFO and leaders.
• Develop and execute long-term financial strategy and planning framework.
• Lead and develop the Finance team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Partner with functional leaders to drive accountability against goals.
• Advance management reporting and analytics toward self-service, with controls.
• Improve timeliness, accessibility, and usefulness of financial data for decision-makers.
• Oversee financial analytics, models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Ensure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting.
• Translate financial insights into clear executive recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve finance processes.
• Balance ongoing deliverables with broader transformation initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and a culture of financial ownership.
