Job summary

Attain Finance in the United States seeks a VP of Finance to lead FP&A, investor reporting, and board-level communications for a multi-country organization. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, partnering with executives to translate performance into strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required.
• MBA, Master’s, CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred.
• Consumer lending or financial services experience is preferred.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting.
• Executive communication and leadership of finance teams.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function including budgets, multi-year plans, quarterly reforecasts, rolling forecasts, and scenario-based modeling.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models covering revenue, originations, finance receivables, credit performance, operating expenses, debt, liquidity, cash flow, and KPI drivers.
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational trends into financial forecasts and actionable insights.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and actions.
• Support capital allocation, product strategy, pricing, growth, cost management, and efficiency through rigorous analysis.
• Own the executive view on performance; identify variances, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, governance, reporting cadence, and analytical processes.
• Oversee investor reporting packages, lender materials, and board materials; ensure timely, accurate messaging.
