Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or adjacent field
• 12+ years of experience, preferably in property & casualty insurance
• Strong financial analysis, GAAP knowledge, and Oracle ERP experience
• Strong communication and proven leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and risk management
• Implement initiatives to accelerate finance and reporting processes
• Provide mentorship and management of staff in various geographic regions domestically
• Ensure that all reporting requirements meet the needs of investors, rating agencies, and other external parties
