Job summary

Lane Search seeks a Vice President of Finance to provide financial leadership and drive growth. You will lead financial planning and analysis, partnering with executive and operational leadership to improve performance and support strategic decisions.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, develop financial reporting, and guide profitability improvements across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience working within a multi-location or multi-site organization.
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with operations and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in a growing organization.

Responsibilities
