Athene is seeking a VP of Sales, Defined Contribution to drive Apollo DC private assets and Vitera guaranteed income with retirement advisors across the US. You will manage a national territory, build adviser relationships, and lead education events.

A strong track record in retirement plan sales and FINRA licenses are required. The role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration with field teams, CRM-driven pipeline management, and a discretionary bonus or incentive plan.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in retirement plan sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Established relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper teams.
• Strong presentation skills for individual and group sessions.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 or Series 7 required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Own the annual territory sales target across Apollo and Vitera DC offerings.
• Build relationships with retirement plan advisors and recordkeeper field teams.
• Develop and execute a territory plan with priority advisors and a measurable sales cadence.
• Lead advisor education, field events, and presentations with product depth as needed.
• Collaborate with Apollo’s Global Wealth field counterparts to align coverage.
• Coordinate with recordkeeper partners on meetings, campaigns, and opportunities.
