Job summary

Cydecor in Crystal City, Virginia, seeks an executive to lead its Communications Solutions Group, responsible for SATCOM and terrestrial networks with DoD customers. The VP has full P&L responsibility for ~ $100M, oversees contract performance, and guides business growth and customer relationships.

The role requires 15+ years of defense leadership, including 7+ years in senior management, with a track record in recompetes, capture strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology or related field.
• 15+ years progressive leadership in defense contracting or related industries; at least 7 years in senior management.
• P&L responsibility for a portfolio of ~$50M or more.
• Experience with defense SATCOM and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of a ~$100M P&L portfolio with financial performance oversight.
• Provide executive oversight of contract performance and CPARS ratings.
• Engage senior government leaders and contracting organizations to align mission priorities.
• Lead growth, recompetes, and on-contract expansion efforts.
• Develop capture strategies and teaming arrangements with leadership partners.
• Provide strategic direction on SATCOM and terrestrial networks to meet requirements.
• Lead program management, technical, and operations teams and drive accountability.
