Cydecor, Inc. in Crystal City, VA, seeks a Vice President, Technology Solutions Group (TSG) to lead a $100M technical services portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive P&L, and oversee delivery, customer engagement, and workforce development.

The role demands proven senior leadership in defense/government programs, strong financial discipline, and a track record of growing revenue while delivering operational excellence in a hybrid, security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years managing large, complex government contracts in defense/national security.
• 5+ years managing a portfolio of defense/national security programs.
• Proven success leading a complex technical services/engineering organization.
• P&L accountability for a business unit or division of at least $50M in revenue.
• Active or interim Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for a portfolio generating ~ $100M in annual revenue.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, cash flow, and growth.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives and drive execution across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions, programs, and services across the portfolio.
