Cydecor is seeking an experienced executive to lead its Communications Solutions Group (CSG), a $100M portfolio, with full P&L responsibility. The Senior Director will guide financial performance, contract execution, customer relationships, and growth for DoW clients including the Space Force and Air Force.

Ideal candidates will bring deep defense communications knowledge, proven executive leadership, and the ability to retain and expand government contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in defense contracting or related industries, including at least 7 years in senior management.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for a business unit or portfolio generating at least $50 million annually.
• Significant experience with defense SATCOM, terrestrial communications, telecommunications infrastructure, or managed communications services.
• Proven success managing complex government contracts, financial performance, geographically dispersed teams, and operational delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to establish senior government customer relationships, retain business through recompetes, and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all aspects of CSG's portfolio, including P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, profitability, resource utilization, and risk management.
• Provide executive oversight of contract performance, ensuring operational excellence and favorable CPARS ratings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior government leaders, program offices, and contracting organizations.
• Lead efforts to protect existing business through recompetes and pursue on-contract growth and new customers.
• Develop capture strategies, competitive solutions, teaming arrangements, and proposals with cross-functional leaders.
• Provide strategic direction on SATCOM, terrestrial communications, network modernization, and emerging technologies.
