Cydecor is seeking an experienced executive to lead its Communications Solutions Group (CSG), a DoD-focused unit generating about $100 million in annual revenue. The Vice President will have full P&L responsibility, overseeing financial performance, contract execution, customer relationships, workforce management, and business growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive leadership roles in defense contracting or related industries.
• At least 7 years in senior management and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience with defense SATCOM, terrestrial comms, or managed services.
• Proven ability to manage complex government contracts, drive performance and growth.

Responsabilités

• Direct all aspects of CSG's $100M portfolio including P&L, budgets, forecasts, profitability and resource utilization.
• Oversee contract performance, CPARS ratings, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior government leaders and contracting organizations.
• Lead growth, recompetes, and new business opportunities through capture and strategy.
