Job summary

Citi seeks a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead the Data Science and AI group in a hybrid role in New York. You will drive end-to-end analytics, model governance, and AI initiatives impacting revenue, risk, and customer outcomes at scale.

You will manage a multi-geography team, partner with Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology, and own complex forecasting, reserve modeling, and GenAI solutions within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or financial modeling within financial services.
• Proven track record in model risk management and regulatory remediation.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs in business contexts.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management at MD level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop distributed data science teams across geographies.
• Own design, development, and governance of predictive models and ML solutions.
• Drive model risk remediation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop advanced financial forecasting models and reserve analytics.
• Lead GenAI-powered solutions and enterprise AI transformation efforts.
