Citi is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President – Senior Lead, Python Engineering and Generative AI Platforms to lead their Retail and Wealth Risk Engineering organization in Rutherford, New Jersey. This senior leadership role involves defining AI strategies and delivering enterprise-scale solutions while managing teams of engineers, including AI-assisted developers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in enterprise application development and data engineering, along with strong leadership skills in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application or data engineering.
• 8+ years of experience leading multi-team Agile organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong experience with microservices and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple agile scrum teams of engineers.
• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for Python engineering.
• Serve as the senior architect for AI agent platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI Product Development Lifecycle.
