Job summary

Citi in New York is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered financial products for the Investor Services client community. You will translate client needs into differentiated capabilities at global scale, working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes engagement with senior stakeholders, data solutions including APIs, and a hybrid work model with strong regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in digital solutions for financial services clients.
Experience building, launching, or scaling AI/data-driven products or platforms.
Experience engaging enterprise clients or senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of data solutions including APIs and cloud data sharing.
Understanding of AI concepts, model risk management, and governance.
Ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization.

Responsibilities

Identify, scope, and deliver Data and AI-powered capabilities for enterprise clients.
Engage directly with clients to validate solutions and manage expectations.
Translate requirements into platform-level specs with engineering teams.
Define go-to-market plans for AI/digital products and drive adoption.
Coordinate rollout across markets while respecting regulatory requirements.
Foster collaboration across Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
