Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a VP, Program Manager to lead the day-to-day PMO for a large data center campus, overseeing construction and operations programs to ensure 24/7 uptime and operational excellence.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive program performance, risk management, and financial accountability across the campus portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil) or related technical field.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+ portfolios).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for a data center campus with multiple projects.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance structures, and reporting cadences.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and vendors for program delivery.
