Job summary

Active Minds, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Corporate & Foundation Relations to drive strategy and revenue across corporate and foundation portfolios.

The role requires engaging with CEOs, marketing teams, and volunteers, reporting to the CDO and collaborating with senior leaders to advance the Active Minds mission. The VP will oversee a growing revenue stream, guide a portfolio with six- and seven-figure gifts, and represent the organization at key industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience in nonprofit development, marketing, partnerships, or equivalent.
• Fully digitally literate, including Microsoft & Google products, and online meeting tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or other databases.

Responsibilities

• Guide vision and strategic direction for corporate and foundation relations.
• Lead and develop a team with portfolio responsibility for corporate & foundation revenue.
• Cultivate, renew, upgrade, and steward multi-million dollar partnerships.
• Write, edit, and coordinate fundraising proposals and grant materials.
• Represent Active Minds at events and with key philanthropic partners.
• Collaborate with CDO and leadership to align equity and inclusion across Development.
