Big Watt Digital, LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff to the COO, overseeing five pillars: People, Communications & Sustainability, Finance & Accounting, Investor Relations, and IT. You will protect the COO’s time, attend key meetings, and drive strategic alignment across the leadership team.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in senior operations, a track record with IPO preparation or capital markets, and strong governance through OKRs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or as a chief of staff to a C-level executive.
• Experience coordinating multiple corporate functions, such as Finance, People, Investor Relations, Communications, and IT.
• Pre-IPO, public company, or capital markets experience, ideally including IPO readiness or major financing transactions.
• Track record running an operating cadence with OKRs, KPIs, and clear decision rights.
• Executive presence and sound judgment, with the ability to represent the COO credibly and handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, energy, real assets, or a high-growth company is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prioritization & Gatekeeping: Protect the COO’s time from banking and financing work demands.
• Proxy & Representation: Attend pillar-level and cross-functional meetings on the COO’s behalf.
• Strategic Sounding Board: Advise on organizational and operational questions across pillars.
• Day-to-Day Management: Own operating rhythm with regular 1:1s and team check-ins across five functions.
• Execution Tracking: Manage role-scorecard discipline, OKRs, KPIs, and quarterly governance.
• Open-Role Coverage: Coordinate interim coverage for open pillars and plan staffing with People.
