Big Watt Digital is seeking an accomplished treasurer and IR leader to shape and execute the company’s capital strategy across HoldCo and ProjectCos. You will drive debt origination, liquidity management and investor communications to support scalable growth.

You will partner with the CFO, FP&A and Accounting to align capital structure with long-range plans, manage lender relationships and prepare for IPO readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in treasury, capital markets, project finance or infrastructure investing.
• Experience with lenders, institutional investors and IPO readiness helpful.
• Ability to articulate investment thesis to institutional investors.
• Strong financial judgment and executive presence.
• Proven ability to build treasury and IR functions from ground up.

Responsabilités

• Develop the company's capital and financing strategy across HoldCo and ProjectCos.
• Lead execution of project debt, corporate debt, equipment financing and other structured capital.
• Own liquidity forecasting and integrated funding plans across entities.
• Manage debt facilities, lender reporting, covenants, restricted cash and distributions.
• Drive investor materials and IPO readiness activities.
• Collaborate with CFO, FP&A, Accounting and Legal to ensure financeability.
