Job summary

Big Watt Digital LLC seeks an SVP, Business Operations to lead the COO's direct-report organization across People, Communications & Sustainability, Finance & Accounting, Investor Relations, and IT. You will own rhythm, accountability, and OKRs, ensuring execution and disciplined governance as the company moves toward a public listing.

The role requires 12+ years of senior leadership experience, pre-IPO or capital markets exposure, and the credibility to represent the COO in high-stakes forums

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership in business operations, strategy, or as a chief of staff to a C-level executive.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple corporate functions (Finance, People, Investor Relations, Communications, IT).
• Pre-IPO, public company, or capital markets experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the COO’s direct-report organization across five functions (People, Communications & Sustainability, Finance & Accounting, Investor Relations, IT).
• Coordinate capital markets activities, banker/advisor logistics, and materials preparation for IPO readiness.
• Provide strategic guidance, governance, and risk management as the COO’s trusted advisor.
