Citibank’s Complex Assets team seeks a Senior Vice President to drive enterprise strategy, risk‑aware growth, and technology enabled transformation across OTC derivatives and post‑trade services. You will own P&L, leadership development, and client franchise expansion on a global scale.

You will shape the operating model for regulatory shifts and evolving client demands, coordinating with technology leadership to fund a multi‑year program. Boston focus with global reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OTC derivatives or securities services with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing complex, global, regulated financial services businesses.
• Expertise in OTC derivatives across major asset classes with executive guidance capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion multi‑year strategic vision for the Complex Assets franchise.
• Cultivate relationships at the most senior levels and represent the business in governance
• Lead a geographically dispersed organisation, shaping culture and succession planning.
• Own client relationships and lifecycle management for complex assets at the enterprise level.
• Define and fund a multi‑year digital transformation agenda, including AI and cloud initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑firm leaders to align Citi’s Complex Assets strategy with the broader franchise.
