Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President for Investor Services Operations in Boston. You will shape and drive the strategic direction of the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model, leading a team of analysts and coordinating with Product, Technology and clients on complex initiatives.

You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, risk management, and budgeting for the function, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive experience in change management or senior operations roles.
• Deep expertise in OTC Derivatives theory and ETF operational flow.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and drive accountability.
• Oversee governance, risk, budgeting and performance across the department.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and clients to enable successful implementations.
