Job summary

BNY in Boston is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Solutioner to shape, validate and deliver intricate product solutions within the Asset Servicing team. You will translate client, market and regulatory needs into integrated product constructs, guiding end-to-end implementation across functions.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll mentor peers, drive disciplined discovery, and ensure solutions are commercially viable and scalable, aligning with BNY’s strategic priorities and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of total experience.
• Advanced product solution design and requirements analysis skills, with ability to translate client and business needs into coherent, scalable product constructs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of complex product solutions (features, packaging, pricing, delivery model).
• Serve as principal solution architect for designated product domains with cross-functional partner teams.
• Drive solution discovery and validation activities (use-case definition, prototyping, client pilots).
• Provide thought leadership on product solution strategy by monitoring industry trends and technologies.
• Govern solution delivery and adoption with clear acceptance criteria and alignment to business outcomes.
• Coach peers on best practices in solution design, stakeholder management and risk-aware decision-making.
