Job summary

Vitalize is seeking a VP, Customer Success & Delivery to lead our Post-Sales teams and own the outcomes of the entire post-sales organization.

You will drive adoption, ROI, retention, and expansion across health-system customers, building scalable processes and senior leadership capability to support rapid growth.

You'll engage with executives across customers, align strategy with product and engineering, and travel onsite as needed to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a post-sales organization in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to own retention, net revenue retention and expansion.
• Ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary teams across Customer Success, Deployments, and Support.
