Onemain Holdings in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Associate Director for Analytics-Credit Cards to drive growth of the new credit card portfolio. You will lead the analytics team, shape card acquisition, pricing, and strategy in collaboration with underwriting and product teams.

The role requires 7+ years in data-driven analytics, strong SQL/Excel, and 4+ years of people management, with a focus on delivering measurable growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline; graduate preferred.
• 7+ years in data-driven analytics; credit cards/fintech preferred; PhD offsets experience.
• Advanced SQL and Excel; experience with multiple relational databases is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• 4+ years leading a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage acquisition strategies to grow exposure profitably, including approval/decline, initial credit line, and pricing.
• Create targeting strategies across channels to drive new account growth and lower costs.
• Manage third-party affiliate partner relations and channel development.
• Generate channel and segment level NPV valuations for decision making.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, and Data Science to optimize booking and model development.
