OneMain Financial is seeking a dynamic credit leader to shape underwriting strategies for our personal loan portfolio. You will drive risk-adjusted growth through data-driven decision making, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a team of credit analysts, design scalable credit infrastructure, and partner with product, finance, risk, and operations to improve performance across the full credit lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer lending, with pricing, credit strategy, and risk analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership, including team development and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to develop innovative, data‑driven solutions to complex business problems.
• Strong knowledge of pricing optimization tools, credit decisioning frameworks, and customer segmentation techniques.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
