Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Group Manager for Business Analysis to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will lead analysts, drive investment prioritization, and ensure delivery across complex enterprise initiatives within US Consumer Cards Acquisitions and Marketing domains.

Lead multiple teams, establish governance, and align business priorities with technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, Product Management, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic portfolios within Risk, Acquisitions, Financial Services, Banking, or related business domains.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Acquisitions and Marketing domains with senior leaders.
• Oversee investment planning, funding requests, and prioritization activities.
• Lead multiple teams of business analysts across programs and platforms.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements and governance across initiatives.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
