Job summary

Beaumont Designs Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy and Product Development in Bellevue, WA.

This leader defines and executes the company’s product strategy from concept through commercialization, partnering with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing to meet retailer and licensor requirements. The role combines strategic vision with operational discipline to lead Product Development and Creative teams, ensuring timely, compliant, and commercially viable product

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in developing and launching consumer products from concept to commercialization.
• Experience working with major retailers, licensing, and domestic/international manufacturing partners.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and merchandising strategy that drives sales and profitability.
• Lead the Product Development and Creative teams across milestones from concept to production.
• Partner with Sales, Licensing, Operations and Sourcing to align with retailer requirements and timelines.
• Oversee calendars, concepts, artwork, samples, testing, approvals, and production readiness.
