SanMar Corp. is seeking a Lead Sr Designer, Product Brand & Vision to own the product direction and brand storytelling across private label and licensed brands. You will shape seasonal narratives and ensure consistent brand expression aligned with business goals.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate across teams, and translate creative vision into market-ready design across apparel, bags, and headwear. The role is hybrid in Issaquah, WA, with competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Apparel Design, Product Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years years of progressive design experience across apparel, accessories, bags, headwear, or related categories.
• Strong ability to connect brand strategy, consumer insight, and product design.
• Experience with product storytelling, seasonal concept development, and brand differentiation.
• Experience mentoring or providing direction to junior design talent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own product direction from inspiration and concept through execution, ensuring brand vision and commercial goals.
• Create and deliver compelling design concepts, seasonal presentations, and strategic storytelling tools.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross-functional teams to align direction and execution during product creation.
• Own and drive product-brand clarity across assigned brands to maintain distinct market positions.
• Translate creative vision into cohesive seasonal product direction that strengthens brand equity.
