Job summary

The SVP will lead Product Development and Creative teams, collaborating with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure strategies align with retailer and licensor requirements, profitability, and speed-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and merchandising strategy.
• Lead the development of trend-right product assortments.
• Partner with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing to align strategies with retailer requirements.
• Own the master product development calendar and oversee team execution across milestones.
• Ensure products meet testing, compliance, and production requirements early in development.
• Establish cross-functional processes to identify and resolve risks before launch.
• Provide senior leadership and escalation support on product development challenges.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Development organization.
