Beaumont Designs Inc in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior VP of Brand Strategy & Product Development to define and drive the company’s product strategy from concept through commercialization, leveraging market trends and consumer insights to grow brand value.

The SVP will lead Product Development and Creative teams, collaborating with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure strategies align with retailer and licensor requirements, profitability, and speed-to-market.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and merchandising strategy.
• Lead the development of trend-right product assortments.
• Partner with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing to align strategies with retailer requirements.
• Own the master product development calendar and oversee team execution across milestones.
• Ensure products meet testing, compliance, and production requirements early in development.
• Establish cross-functional processes to identify and resolve risks before launch.
• Provide senior leadership and escalation support on product development challenges.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Development organization.
