EqualAccess seeks a visionary VP of Asset Management to lead a large affordable housing portfolio in New York. You will supervise financial, operational, and physical health, guiding capital strategy and long-term mission alignment.

Responsibilities include portfolio-level governance, external partnerships, and board reporting, with a focus on LIHTC, HUD, and HPD programs. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in real estate asset management or development.
• Deep LIHTC and HUD program knowledge.
• Proven portfolio-level financial modeling experience.
• Experience with complex multi-family financing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and execute the long-term vision for the portfolio, including analyses and reviews.
• Design standardized asset management protocols and data-driven reporting.
• Lead executive asset reviews and present to senior leadership and the Board.
• Direct asset recapitalization and refinancing strategies across programs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Development teams.
