Qualifications

• 2-4 years of multifamily asset management experience or related real estate roles.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of affordable multifamily assets in NYC.
• Analyze monthly financials to optimize cash flow and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, capex, and property programs with PMs.
• Develop financial models tracking performance and returns.
• Support senior leadership with portfolio performance reviews.
• Monitor regulatory program compliance and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with VP on large, complex deals toward ownership.
