Job summary
E Logic is seeking a VoIP Tier 3 Engineer to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) at Scott AFB, IL. You will configure and enhance Cisco VoIP components, manage SIP connections, and provide Tier 3 network engineering support in a DoD environment.
The role requires active Top Secret clearance, experience with CUCM/Cisco Unity/SIP, and familiarity with SBCs, SRST, and VX900 devices. On-site work at Scott AFB with potential travel may apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years VOIP experience.
- Experience with CUCM, Cisco Unity, and SIP-based voice systems.
- Experience with Unified Border Elements, Session Border Controllers, and Ribbon VX900 devices.
- Experience with Asterisk networks, Call Manager Express, and SRST.
- Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance at contract award.
Responsibilities
- Configure, patch, and enhance Cisco VoIP system components (Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Ribbon VX900).
- Develop configurations for Cisco Unified Border Elements and Session Border Controllers.
- Establish SIP connections to external voice systems and customer networks (Asterisk, Call Manager Express, SRST).
- Perform Network Engineering Tier 3 tasks and support VoIP in deployed environments.
- Update checklists, diagrams, and documents related to EACN; propose configuration changes as needed.
