E Logic is seeking a Voice Tier 3 Engineer for the EACN Support contract, focusing on configuring and enhancing Cisco VoIP systems across CUCM, Unity, and SIP-based networks. The role requires delivering Tier 3 support in a DoD environment and ensuring secure, compliant operations on site at Scott AFB, IL.

The engineer will work with SIP-based integrations, SBCs, and Cisco Unified Border Elements, coordinating with government engineers to meet mission-critical communication needs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years VOIP experience.
• Experience with CUCM, Cisco Unity, SIP-based voice systems.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Border Elements, Session Border Controllers, Ribbon VX900 devices.
• Experience with Asterisk, Call Manager Express, SRST.

Aufgaben

• Configure, patch, and enhance Cisco VoIP systems including Call Manager and Cisco Unity.
• Develop configurations for SIP connections to external voice systems.
• Support and perform Tier 3 network engineering tasks.
