Job summary

KeenLogic seeks a Voice Tier 3 Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force’s EACN. The role focuses on configuring, securing, and troubleshooting Cisco-based VoIP environments, and connecting EACN with external voice networks. Onsite presence at Scott AFB is required with limited telework per mission needs.

Required are top-secret clearance, 5+ years VoIP experience, and CUCM certification (350-801 CLCO exam). Travel and mission-critical duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years of VoIP experience.
• Cisco voice certification with CUCM focus and CLCOR 350-801 exam.
• Ability to perform onsite duties at Scott AFB and meet DoD requirements.
• Onsite work with limited telework per government approval.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Cisco VoIP and collaboration systems.
• Develop SIP connections between EACN and external networks.
• Apply patches and security guidelines to voice systems.
• Support Tier 3 Network Engineering activities and troubleshooting.
• Document configurations and provide training materials.
