Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Voice Engineer III in Bend, OR to lead voice strategy, architecture, and operations across headquarters and 600+ stores. You will design, install, configure, and maintain complex voice platforms, while mentoring teammates and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires expert troubleshooting of Webex Calling, SIP, and contact center environments, with strong networking fundamentals and scripting skills for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in voice systems within a large enterprise.
• CCNP Collaboration or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting of Webex Calling, SIP, and Voice/Contact Center environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead voice strategy and architecture for a nationwide store network.
• Design, install, configure, and maintain complex voice platforms for 600+ stores.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain voice documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on voice-related initiatives.
