Candidates must have 7+ years of expertise with CUCM solutions in a large enterprise environment, hold relevant Cisco certifications, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Senior level knowledge of Call Manager and Unity Connection.
• Familiarity with 3rd party integration like Microsoft Teams.
