Job summary

Speechmatics is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts for our differentiated Voice AI API platform. You’ll partner with account executives, engage with senior stakeholders, and apply a structured, data-driven approach to new logo acquisition in a fast-scaling, global environment.

This role rewards strong sales instincts, curiosity about AI tech, and the ability to tailor messaging to technical buyers and business

Qualifications

• Experience hitting or exceeding targets
• Territory management and pipeline building
• Able to engage both technical buyers and business leaders
• Comfortable selling APIs and developer tools

Responsibilities

• Build and manage pipeline across a defined territory
• Identify and target enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel approaches
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities
• Tailor messaging to technical and commercial stakeholders
