Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Senior Analyst Customer Insight in Phoenix, AZ to independently analyze large customer and operational data, develop insights, and drive recommendations that improve customer experience, loyalty and performance. You will manage the VOC program end-to-end, partner with IT and business units, and present to senior leaders with executive storytelling.

The role requires 4–7 years in analytics, strong statistical skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL, Denodo and Snowflake,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; 4–7 years analytics experience in Customer Insights or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced statistical analyses on VOC survey data, KPIs and other sources.
• Conduct quantitative analyses including significance testing, trend and segmentation analysis.
• Validate data quality and ensure rigor in reporting and conclusions.
• Integrate VOC, operational and financial data to understand customer experience and business outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
