Care.com is seeking a Sr. Manager of VOC Insights to lead a fast-moving consumer feedback program. You will manage a small team and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate insights into action across roadmaps and initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, you will drive measurement frameworks, expand data sources, and ensure rapid, clear communication of actionable findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in VOC or customer insights, with at least 2 years in people management or program ownership.
