Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, CS, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of data analytics or data science experience.
• Experience designing dashboards with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Expertise in data wrangling and integrating multiple data sources.
• Proficiency with data prep/workflow tools (Alteryx, Tableau Prep).
• Experience with Python, SQL or R and machine learning methods.
• Proficient Excel (Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated dashboards and visualizations to track customer metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate data sources and support key initiatives.
• Support VoC programs, customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance and best-practice analytics.
