Job summary

Bold Orange (BOCO) is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead hands-on analytics for client projects, from data provisioning to modeling and storytelling. You will work with a Director and cross-functional teams, delivering insights that influence client strategies and customer experiences.

You have 5+ years in marketing analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms. This client-facing role emphasizes clear communication and impactful visualizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, retail or customer analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Data Studio).
• Experience analyzing customer and transactions data (LTV, churn, segmentation, propensity).

Responsibilities

• Analyze integrated marketing and customer journey datasets and present clear recommendations.
• Enrich and analyze transactional data to understand value drivers and loyalty.
• Explore new datasets and tools to support insights and optimization.
• Design, build, and train clients on reporting dashboards (Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Present analysis to internal stakeholders and clients, tailoring content for audiences.
• Maintain data architecture documentation and data provenance.
