Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer L3 (VMware administrator) to optimize, implement, and maintain our cloud-based systems. You will drive customer success through top-tier problem resolution and relationship management, with a detail-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Manager of Service Operations. You will deliver support, triage enterprise cloud tickets, and collaborate across teams while owning escalations and ensuring SLA

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a VMware administrator.
• Experience with enterprise cloud infra and DR.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Legal work eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support via phone and email to meet SLA commitments.
• Triage tickets for Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and DR customers.
• Escalate to Cloud Support Engineers and participate in after-hours rotation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Development teams.
• Own and manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow service management best practices and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with vendors for support needs.
• Manage ticketing systems and uphold company policies.
