Job summary

Synergy Staffing is seeking a seasoned VMware Administrator/Engineer with 7-10+ years of hands-on experience to maintain and optimize enterprise VMware environments across converged and hyper-converged infrastructure.

You will manage vCenter, VCF, Aria Automation/Operations, SRM, and related components, lead day-to-day operations, perform patching, automation, and ensure security and compliance while coordinating high-priority projects.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in VMware administration within enterprise converged/hyper-converged environments.
Hands-on experience with VCF architecture and deep expertise in vCenter.
Proven experience with VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation.
Solid background in VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) or equivalent DR frameworks.
Strong operational communication, meticulous attention to detail, and top-tier documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance: Execute day-to-day administration, monthly patching cycles, health monitoring, and system reporting across vCenter and VCF stacks.
Automation & Disaster Recovery: Utilize VMware Aria Automation and SRM to drive operational efficiency and robust DR readiness.
Security & Compliance: Enforce security standards and maintain infrastructure resilience.
Project & Activity Coordination: Manage high-volume project workloads with prioritization, activity tracking, and documentation.
