• Familiarity with disaster recovery and high availability in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Administration across VMware environments and advise on strategy.
• Design high-availability VMware solutions and migration roadmaps.
• Document current VMware architectures and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with account teams for knowledge transfer and transition planning.
• Support DR planning, testing, and capacity evaluations in on-premises and cloud.
