Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Style Merchandise Execution to lead a team responsible for presenting merchandise attractively across stores. You will drive visual standards, pricing, signage, events, and inventory management while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll apply fashion sense, strategic thinking, and DEI awareness to create inspiring displays and a collaborative work environment. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of retail leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to present merchandise attractively and manage daily operations.
• Interpret guides to tailor displays to store layout.
• Train staff on visual merchandising standards and brand requirements.
• Oversee inventory flow, pricing, signage, and event setups.
