Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager of Style Merchandise Execution to lead a team in creating inspiring fashion displays and customer-ready product presentation. You will oversee all merchandising activities—movement, pricing, signage, event setup, and reverse logistics—while fostering an inclusive, coaching-driven work environment and elevating the customer shopping experience.

You will apply fashion and merchandise expertise to drive sales, train staff on standards, and manage inventory flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional merchandising standards.
• Drive sales by implementing visual merchandising directives and pricing strategies.
• Oversee product movement, signage, and store presentation across categories.
• Develop store displays and events aligned with brand and seasonal guides.
• Manage inventory flow, receiving, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with partners and store leadership to enhance customer experience.
• Document and share best practices with photos and training materials.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff to meet performance expectations.
