Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution to drive sales and profits.
• Interpret seasonal guides and tailor them to store layout.
• Train staff on visual standards and brand requirements.
• Create engaging store displays and pricing/signage plans.
• Manage inventory flow, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Coach and develop team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure DEI and inclusive practices in merchandising.
• Document work with photos and share best practices.
