Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft reports and present to management and partners.
• Ability to perform calculations for measurements, rates, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Re-establish training standards, experiences, and tools to enhance institutional skill levels.
• Increase the frequency of style/outfit refreshes to excite repeat and attract new customers.
• Foster a symbiotic partnership between managers, coordinating workload planning and visual styling.
• Evaluate and enhance the customer’s shopping experience by placing visuals strategically to boost sales.
• Analyze reports to review results and collaborate with executives to drive execution.
