Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong merchandising and visual execution knowledge to drive sales and store presentation.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits through effective merchandising and store presentation.
• Lead communication, execution, and training of visual merchandising standards across categories.
• Strategize pricing, signage, and event setup to keep the store customer-ready.
• Create compelling store displays using available resources and brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory flow, receipts, stockroom organization, and product placement.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports; set work strategy and expectations.
• Foster inclusive, DEI-aligned team culture and collaborate with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
