Job summary

• Re-establish training standards, experiences, and tools to enhance institutional skill levels
• Increase the frequency of style/outfit refreshes to excite repeat and attract new customers
• Foster a partnership between managers to coordinate workload planning, visual styling, and sales optimization
• Evaluate and enhance the customer shopping experience with strategic visuals
• Maintain meticulous attention to display arrangement and merchandise presentation
• Analyze reports to drive action and collaborate with executives for execution
• Ensure promotional accuracy and proper fixtures for seasonal trends and events
• Coordinate fixture and merchandise moves with store leaders
• Promote merchandising standards and procedures across teams
• Foster inclusive and respectful team environment and external relationships
