Job summary
Resilience, based in Blue Ash, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III, Mechanic to support Visual Inspection operations on the manufacturing floor. You will set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain visual inspection equipment, serving as the first-line technical resource for the packaging team.
Responsibilities include startup, line clearances, maintenance, CMMS entries, and adherence to GMP and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Experience with equipment maintenance or preventive maintenance in manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret schematics and maintenance manuals for troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently execute procedures and troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
- Strong attention to batch records, CMMS entries, and controlled documentation.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and perform maintenance tasks on visual inspection equipment.
- Perform start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
- Operate light material handling equipment (pallet jacks, lifts).
- Maintain material quality, escalate concerns when needed.
