Job summary

Resilience, a biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II in Ohio to operate inspection equipment and perform visual/cosmetic/material inspection in a controlled environment. You will support batch records, line clearances, and OEE data collection while adhering to cGMP and safety procedures.

The role requires reading and interpreting SOPs, maintaining quality records, and collaborating with a cross-functional manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks with accuracy.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills for batch records and logs.
• Ability to read, write and interpret SOPs and work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with SAP and GMP documentation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and monitor equipment status.
• Perform visual, cosmetic and physical inspection of materials; escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with start-up, minor adjustments, jam clearance and basic cleaning tasks.
• Move materials using pallet jacks or lifts; transfer materials to cold rooms as needed.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant environment with proper cleanliness and line clearance.
• Support lean initiatives and process improvements; participate in daily Tier 1 meetings.
